This was a freelance project for someone's online start-up retail business that would sell home goods on Amazon. After many iterations, the final logo was made (on the left), and the packaging sticker was made (right). The overall intention with this logo was to go for a family-friendly feel with an eye-catching logo that had a similar feel to Homegoods (hence the red). My sketches and my design process can be shared in further detail during a private interview if you are interested in knowing. The final design was chosen because the client liked how quirky the rooster look and how clever the "R" was made into the rooster's head. The rooster was going to be used as a marketing mascot in the business. The client and I decided to keep to a simple logo and monochromatic red color palette to appeal to quick-minded shoppers and a middle-classed, western demographic.
